Adam Abitbol - Partner
Adam is a leading industry veteran with over 25 years of aviation experience. He brings extensive expertise to Encade, ranging from combat missions over Afghanistan to leading crews through the world's most powerful hurricanes. His operational accolades highlight his expansive knowledge of high risk aviation operations. As a test pilot, he pioneered air-launched UAS operations and has designed and developed test procedures and airworthiness certification for a wide variety of airborne assets. He brings a vast wealth of knowledge and a wide breadth of experience to Encade Group's clients. Having flown over 100 combat missions in the US Navy in support of OIF and OEF, and over 300 tropical cyclone flights for the NOAA Hurricane Hunters, Adam is a highly sought after leader that provides efficient, safe, and innovative solutions to any airborne endeavor.

From OEM to Global Brand – Aligning Culture and Strategy
A major appliance manufacturer with strong OEM roots faced growing pains as it pushed to become a global brand. While the engineering and product capabilities were in place, cultural and communication gaps between global teams—particularly between headquarters and overseas product managers—were limiting progress. We were brought in to align strategy, strengthen cross-border collaboration, and build the leadership capacity needed for global success.
Through a series of high-impact virtual and in-person interventions, including strategy workshops, team-building sessions, and leadership development experiences, we helped bridge communication barriers, clarify vision, and foster joint ownership across regions. Fast-Tracking Integration in a Global Joint Venture
When a European automotive giant partnered with an innovative EV manufacturer in Asia, the technical synergy was clear—but cultural alignment was a hurdle. With dozens of international staff arriving onsite, the joint venture faced challenges in onboarding, local integration, and establishing common ways of working.
We designed and delivered localization workshops tailored to expatriate staff, helping them quickly acclimate to their new professional and personal environments. From understanding team dynamics to managing cross-cultural expectations, participants left equipped to lead, communicate, and collaborate more effectively.
This intervention reduced onboarding time, improved collaboration across functions, and helped create a foundation of mutual trust—accelerating the JV’s ability to deliver on its bold vision for the future of electric vehicles
Two Leadership Tiers, One Unified Direction
A multinational company in Asia Pacific wanted to level up its leadership pipeline—but knew a one-size-fits-all approach wouldn’t cut it. We designed two distinct yet integrated programs for different tiers of leaders: an intense, simulation-based one-day experience for emerging leaders, and a three-day kick-off paired with a year-long coaching and mentorship track for more senior talent.
Participants in both groups were pushed out of their comfort zones, immersed in high-stakes business scenarios, and assessed on their leadership capabilities in real time. For senior leaders, the journey continued with personalized coaching, cross-regional networking, and sustained development support.
